The Davis Instruments 6614 Solar Power Kit is used to power a wireless Vantage Pro2 or Vantage Vue console, Weather Envoy or Envoy8X in locations where normal power is not available. The large solar panel and 1.4 amp-hour battery provides the power (outdoor sensors are powered by the solar panel on the sensor suite) and there is enough room inside the weather resistant shelter to mount the consoles or Weather Envoys. Includes the new 5.0-watt-solar panel, weather-resistant shelter, regulator circuit, 1.4-amp 6-volt rechargeable battery and 10 ft. (3 m) cable.
